Partner Manager

We are looking for an experienced SI Alliances professional to implement and scale the bluplanet partner program in Germany and Austria. In this role, you will recruit, onboard and enable SI partners to deliver leads and generate high CSAT.

Responsibilities

  • The Partner Manager will closely align with the sales and customer success team to drive joint account planning with a particular focus on partner sourced and influenced revenue, adoption and Customer Success.

Experience (Skills Required)

  • Work with sales, customer success to define the market needs and develop an SI partner strategy for the Region. Recruit, onboard and run regional SI Partners.
  • Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive all aspects of the practice including business development, enablement, certification/education plans, partner marketing, and solution development.
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional team to inform product and customer success roadmap and prioritisation.
  • Profound knowledge of Salesforce-platform including but not only Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Community Cloud.
  • Knowledge in Apex, Lightning Components and API´s are equally important
  • Certification in Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
  • Experience of working across a range of industries and be able to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities
  • Fluency in German & English
