bluplanet is currently the only provider in the world that allows Salesforce to sell its cloud solutions directly in an online store. With its digital business model, bluplanet aims to become the Check24 for Salesforce cloud software. For the team led by former Jung von Matt TECH co-founder Christopher Roskowetz, the focus is always on the customer: “From the first license, every prospective customer has a direct contact person who deals with questions about the product and supports the introduction and use of the products.” Digital marketplace: The aim is to bring together all teams involved in sales, service, marketing, retail, IT and analytics at German SMEs and start-ups. And thus enable the digital transformation of the company.

Digital marketplace offers suitable implementation

Depending on the customer, bluplanet selects implementation partners individually from a network in order to address specific requirements and guarantee the neutral advice of the bluplanet team. Large companies with 24-hour customer service or personal contact in a village of 5,000 people? bluplanet finds the right implementation solution for everyone. Once the implementation and introduction of a product has been completed, bluplanet’s personal contact is still proactively available for further support and advice on optimal use.

The next major milestone on bluplanet’s agenda is the company’s expansion into other European countries. Among other things, the investment of four million euros from September 2021 will be used for this purpose. bluplanet was founded in 2021 by Christopher Roskowetz, Chris Leffin and Thorsten Köhler and is based in Berlin. Bluplanet is a digital marketplace for cloud solutions and provides independent advice on the digital transformation of companies. The vision: to use the digital business model to become the Check24 for cloud software from Salesforce, Aircall and more. It is the only company to offer an online store for Salesforce. And thus wants to enable unprecedented price transparency and shortened paths without Salesforce sales consulting.
